Now, that we have looked at the potential threats of vaccines to ourselves and loved ones, it is time to take a look at what we can do about it both to avoid them, protect ourselves should we elect to get them and what to do if exposed and suffering impact.
Keep in mind that prevention is a much easier path to take than treatment.
I hope that you take seriously the advice being shared here. At the very least, take seriously the need to do some research. Then. please take the initiative to conduct your own so that you can better make informed decisions of what you choose to do for yourself and your family.
The cost of exposing you or your family’s body and brain to toxins, especially potent known neurotoxins, can be enormous. The exposed can experience increased risks of disease, deteriorating quality of life, increased medical costs, loss of cognitive function, and much more.
This is why it makes such good sense to invest in the knowledge and behavioral strategies needed to eliminate and avoid the toxins that cause these costly problems.
Largely unacknowledged, we all have detox systems built into every one of our trillions of cells. Additionally, there are whole organs like the lung, liverm kidneys and bladder which are specifically devoted to ridding the body of waste including toxins.
Unfortunately, with the poor dietary selections and compromised food being consumed, people’s natural detox systems have been overloaded. They simply can not keep up with the assaults.
Consequently, the marketplace has responded with detox programs.
However, one has to be a bit careful about these programs- even one’s promoted as natural. Some are simply too aggressive and can cause extreme digestive reactions or a temporary increase in symptoms sometimes nearly debilitating.
For example, a little cascara sagrada can help with bowel eliminations. However, if you overdo it, you will experience painful cramping and diarrhea. So, choosing any detox program means looking for this ingredient, then paying attention to your body’s response.
The same caution applies to heavy metal detox’s. Too much of chemicals, intended for heavy metal detox, like EDTA ( ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid) and you will chelate out far more than the normal amount of the heavy metals stored in your fatty tissues into your blood stream.
The problem is that once, the EDTA half life occurs in 4 to 6 hours, your blood will be carrying a much higher amount of heavy metals around than usual. You can experience a severe detox side effect as a result leaving you debilitated rather than feeling better. An impact that some have reported has put them down for a week or more.
Since your body has the capacity to detox itself naturally, the first best strategy is to avoid the toxins in the first place.

A visit to their website can be a good first move to take in helping you to identify the toxins you need to watch out for. The concerned consumer will be pleasantly surprised at the breadth of free information available.
They may be a little too “green” in some areas for your taste. Nevertheless, the site is nicely designed and allows you to get a quick read on what to look for with your purchases and/or rebuilding projects.
This site will help you get a quick read on products or projects under consideration. At the very least, an informed point of view to give you a starting point for consideration.

In the vaccine arena, avoidance means choosing not to vaccinate. If you avoid the toxins, they will have no opportunity to damage you or your children.
Of course, this strategy of rejecting vaccines for ourselves or our children can be scary or simply not a consideration for some because we have been convinced by the propaganda provided us since childhood that vaccinations work and are completely necessary. As the first post notes, some simply will not or cannot consider alternatives because they fear for their children’s health.
For those, who after becoming aware of the issues raised in this series, have some doubts about vaccinations, I suggest that you re-read the posts once again and follow the links carefully. Then, read further on the sites that you reach.
If you want to go further into a particular issue research it in more depth.
For example, we are conditioned to believe that if you don’t have your child vaccinated against measles, they will get measles and die. You, of course, are concerned about that because you love your children or grandchildren.
In that case, read Dissolving Illusions: Disease, Vaccines, and the Forgotten History by Suzanne Humphries, M.D. This issue is covered in depth by a woman who is qualified through training and experience to write about it.
It is not easy to swim upstream against the current. If you do that, you will need support. However, the first place of support should come from you. Arm yourself with information that makes sense to you. This will secure your decision against attack with whatever position you decide to take.
If you don’t take the time to do your own homework, then you will never feel completely comfortable with any decision you arrive at. You may put it out of your mind, but not your conscience.
If you decide to just go with the flow, and submit to the whole enchilada of vaccines offered for your child, stay on your toes. If something starts to look out of sorts, take action to counter the impact as quickly as you can.
If you select this strategy, then detox is not as critical an issue because your body already has a built-in detox system that is constantly working as previously mentioned.
However, if you do choose to submit to the physician recommended vaccines then in addition to staying awake to potential side effects, there are some common sense strategies that you can employ that will help against toxins in general.
In order to effectively eliminate toxins, you need to be hydrated. That means drinking plenty of pure water– purified or filtered. We have heard about the axiom of 8 glasses of water a day, but that doesn’t work for everyone. The video below gives you a little more specificity on how much to drink:

By pure water is meant water which has had the toxins present in tap water – removed. There are plenty of water filters available. A very good one that I have used for years is the Berkey water filter.
One set of Berkey filters can last for 2 to 3 years with regular use.
It is also capable of filtering untreated raw water from lakes. streams or stagnant ponds. But don’t take my word for it. Below is an unsolicited review I found that takes unfiltered river water and tests the claim. This is most definitely not a commercially produced testimony but for sure honest.
Water is not your only recourse to detox of course, but it is the simplest way to support your detox strategy by using your natural organs to eliminate toxins.

As mentioned in the previous two vaccine posts, heavy metals in vaccines are highly toxic. Mercury and aluminum do us no earthly good. However, once established in the body, they are very difficult to dislodge.
One way to eliminate heavy metals is to take super food supplements like the New Earth supplement described in the energy post series.
Additionally, check out the supplements from the Health Ranger Store as they have all been tested to be free of heavy metals. Replacing current supplements that you take regularly will ensure you are not supplying another source of heavy metals in the form of supplementation to your system.
Vitamin C and D are also helpful to counteract the impact of toxins although they tend to be more useful before the damage is done than after. While there are natural protocols for treating damage from vaccines and autism the small amount of space here cannot adequately cover them.
